How do I start a case?

You are easily able to claim your compensation and create a case by clicking here.

Please notice:

When creating a case, it is a good idea to have your booking confirmation and scanned / photographed receipts of any additional expenses next to you. 

  • If you have children younger than the age of 18, please write the name of yourself and your children, but use only your contact informations. 
  • If there are any other adults attached to the case, you might write their names and contact informations - so that Refundmore are able to to get in contact with them. 

    Your are legally not allowed to make a financial claim on behalf of other except yourself and your children. Refundmore will contact your fellow travellers, who have to approve the claim by signing the power of attorney which gives Refundmore permission to represent you against the airline in order to gain the entitled compensation. 

    If children who is not yours, have been travelling with you, you might have to enter the contact information of their parents.
