How is Refundmore legally able to assist me?

The majority of the staff of Refundmore, consists of an array of skilled employees, including an attorney and numerous lawyers. 
All of our lawyers, legal advisors and our great Legal Support team, are specialists and experts at the rights of air passengers and the EC-Regulation 261/2004. 

The regulation is determined by the European Court Of Justice and allows air passengers to claim compensation, if they have experienced a flight disruption (cancellation, delay or denied boarding/overbooking). 

This is how we may legally assist you:

1. Refundmore will formulate a financial legal claim of compensation and any additional expenses, to the airline - and thereby enforce the airline to pay us the compensation, so that Refundmore will be able to transfer the compensation directly to the passenger. 

2. If the the airline reject our claim, we will buy access to technical evidences which may help us point, that the airline is responsible of the flight disruption and must pay us the compensation. 

3. If the airline maintain the rejection and that it is  Refundmore’s assessment, that the passenger is eligible for compensation, we will bring the case to court or similar juridical bodies. 
This is completely free for the passenger and is included in our fee, whether the case will be won or lost. If we lose the case, there will be no fee. No cure - no pay. 

4. In particularity complicated cases, we may need to bring the case to the enforcement court. Refundmore is authorized by the state of Denmark to collect debt on behalf of all passengers over the world. This means that, we are able to file payment orders to the enforcement court, which will then forward the claim to the airline.
