I have received the payment directly by the airline

It may happen that the airline or travel agency pays out the claimed amount directly to you after receiving the monetary 

claim from Refundmore. You are obliged to forward all information to Refundmore that you may receive by email

from the airline, without responding to the airline. The Legal team at Refundmore will handle the communication with the airline.

Only if Refundmore asks you to contact the airline directly, you can do so. 

 

If your claim is regarding a refund only, the airline and ticket agent can refund the money to your credit card with which the 

booking was bought. As soon as you receive the refund, please notify Refundmore directly of the exact amount received 

to your legal advisers on e-mail: Service@refundmore.com

 

Followingly, Refundmore will send you an invoice of the agreed fee equivalent to a maximum of 30 % of the received amount.

 

If the case has been sendt to court and a payment from the airline will be made thereof, an additional fee equivalent to a maximum 

of 30 % will be added, due to the higher economical risks in court and due to the increased work in connection to the court procedure.

The total fee will therefore and in this case be equivalent to a maximum of 45 % of the total compensation/refund amount claimed.

 

If your case will be brought to court

 

When Refundmore brings your case to court and is won by our lawyers, it may happen that the airline will pay out both the claimed compensatipon/refund as well as Refundmore's court case fees to you. In a case like this you have received both your own- as well as Refundmore's share with one transfer from the airline. What you have received is:

 

  1. Compensation and/or extra expensces claimed for. Our mutual agreement is that you receive 55 %.
  2. Court case fees and interests in relation to the court case. This is Refundmore's expenses and win refunded to us. 100 % of this amount belongs to Refundmore. 

When Refundmore has been informed about the payout from the airline to you, you will be sent a specified invoice, and you will transfer the

court case fees to Refundmore. Remaining is the compensation/your claimed refund. Our agreement is that you pay an amount equivalent to a maximum of 45 % to Refundmore and keep the 55 % of the compensation/refund. Court case fees and interest are not a part of the compensation claimed to you.
