May I contact the airline regarding an ongoing case?

No, you may not contact or respond to any communication by the airline, after you have signed the power of attorney concerning the collaboration with Refundmore. 

If you do so, it will break our agreement and might negatively affect both our collaboration and the case. 

Some airlines are more likely to contact the passenger directly with acknowledging of payment, rather than to their legal representative (Refundmore). If you experience such like, you must inform Refundmore, who will clarify the further process on your behalf, to ensure you will receive the fully entitled compensation. 

As general, you should never respond to any communication from the airline regarding an ongoing case,  and immediately inform and forward all communication to Refundmore.
