What about the payment?

Refundmore usually receive the compensation and any reimbursement of additional expenses directly by the airline. As soon as Refundmore receive the payment from the airline, we will inform you about the received amount. 
Our fee is 30% of the obtained compensation and any additional expenses, and we will afterwards transfer the remaining 70% directly to your bank account.  

In some cases, the airline might payout the compensation directly to you. If so, you must inform Refundmore about the payment. As long as you pay our fee of 30%, you will be able to keep your share of the received compensation.
