If you already created a case at Refundmore and would like to update your case, a link to follow your case can be sent to you below. You can also use the link to upload new files to your case or edit your information.
Firstly, we will need the original booking confirmation sent by the airline. Please note that all passengers in the case, must appear on the booking confirmation.
The booking confirmation is mainly the first email that you received by the airline, after buying the tickets.
The booking confirmation contains four important elements:
1. The original time of departure and arrival (date, year, time, airports and airline)
2. Flight number(s)
3. Booking number (PNR-number)
4. Name of all passengers
Did you get rerouted?
If you have been rerouted, we would like to ask for the new booking confirmation, or the SMS/e-mail concerning the rerouting, that was sent by the airline.
