When the case is unable to be brought to court

There may be several reasons why Refundmore are unable to bring your case to court. 

The most mainly reason is, that Refundmore's legal experts have assessed that you are not eligible for compensation. Bringing the case to court, may cause a lost case and high financial costs. 

Another reason is, that Refundmore are unable to use the court in one of the countries, where we have jurisdiction. Refundmore may use the jurisdiction in either departure- or arrival airport. 

Italy is specially a very complicated and difficult country to handle cases. As due to that, Refundmore are unable to bring any cases to the italian court, although we do have jurisdiction in Italy.

E.g. If you are heading from Firenze to Milano, both Italian cities, and experience a flight disruption - it would be very difficult for Refundmore to successfully complete the case, if the airline have rejected our claim.
