Which button should I choose on the front page?

You may choose the possibility, which as much as possible describes your situation after a flight disruption. Please find examples below:

  • If the flight was delayed and flew much later - or earlier - than expected, choose Delayed flight.
  • If your flight did not take-off, and you were either rebooked to another flight (and received new tickets) or not rebooked (you had to purchase new tickets yourself), then choose Cancelled.
  • If you wish our help to have unused tickets refunded after the airline cancelled the fare due to Covid-19 or other extraordinary reasons, choose Cancelled flight.
  • If you yourself annulled a flight due to corona-related authority recommendations, or other reasons, you do unfortunately not have the right to have the fare refunded, and you cannot open a case with us.
  • If you were denied boarding or overbooked, please choose Other.
  • If you experienced a missed connection, please choose Other.
