If you already created a case at Refundmore and would like to update your case, a link to follow your case can be sent to you below. You can also use the link to upload new files to your case or edit your information.
The legal processing of your case mainly depends on two factors:Â
1. Whether it is an airline that is countering and delaying the processing of the claim.Â
2. Whether the case need to be brought to judicial bodies.Â
Even if we are dealing with an airline who usually ignores our inquiries, Refundmore are obliged to give the airline reasonable time to react and respond to our claim.Â
If the airline rejects our claim, or if they continue to ignore our inquiries  - our legal department will begin an investigation into databases consisting of evidence, that will show whether the passenger are eligible for compensation.Â
As general, the passenger are eligible for compensation as long as the flight disruption solely is the responsible of the airline. In that process Refundmore will as well, assess whether the case should be brought to court, to a judicial body or if the case have to be ended. The processing time for cases in brought to court and to a judicial body might be with a duration of 5 - 12 months.Â
There are no identical cases, why Refundmore unfortunately are unable to assess how long the processing time of your case might be.Â
It is in the biggest interest of Refundmore, to collect your compensation from the airline and to complete the case as fast as possible.Â
Refundmore must await the verdict of the court and judicial bodies as well, and have no influence on the processing time of your case.Â
However, Refundmores ensures to keep you informed and updated throughout the process.
